Not sure where you are from but it won't be open to me till sometime 2008, Also we are having a problem bypassing a new step so currently everyone is having trouble keep checking for updates on this problem, thanks. |

you can try follow some of the guides located on these forums, atm there is a new step that people are working on so you can make accounts again |
