If you are not a legal Korean citizen, then you are not able to register with Gravity, which is required in order to play on Ragnarok Online 2. So in order to play, you must gain a KSSN, or Korean Social Security Number, in order to create an account. That is all that they meant. Open this page in Internet Explorer: https://member.gravity.co.kr/member/agreement.asp You can get a KSSN here: http://auraiken.ath.cx/kssn.html Then just follow the guide on how to create an account. |
