    Critical Error but different
AzureKait Posts count: 12 Everytime i click on ROII, i get this:

    No Label

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 4 MHz with 1535MB RAM
    Video: No Video No video?

Please enable Direct3D acceleration. You can do this by starting dxdiag and enabling Direct3D Acceleration in the Display1/2 tab after installing DirectX 8.1b (or later) and the latest drivers for your graphics card.

Ok, i have the latest DirectX and everythin, and i downloaded the OB Client from another ROII site where you have to install game, and they said that i should repair it if this error pop up shows, and i repaired but still get pop up.

And i have a graphic card, but what does the error mean with NO VIDEO?

Also check this out: (my computer is set in Swedish)

Why doesnt it tell me anything about my graphic card?!

    EDIT:

All the Direct3D functions is "not available"...?

    and loads of weird stuff.

I will post a picture of it in Sweden, but since you can't Sweden, I will post a "guide" here:

    GUIDE: Swedish - English

    Inte Tillgänglig - not available

    Saknas - missing

    Okänd - Unknown

Just to hepl you more understand this picture, compare it with your computer!

    Hope that works...

Also, how do i reinstall the graphic driver? I don't want to screw up my computer...

If your windows is not legal it won't work.
If your windows is not legal you will have to find a copy online from a different sorce than that.

Check to see if you installed the correct graphics card driver, also go to your desktop and right click in an open space then click
    Properties> Settings> Advanced> Trouble Shoot
move that so that its on Full. (If its on full your directX is probably installed incorrectly and if that is so follow the instructions I gave you in the first place but make sure the correct graphics card driver is in place first.)

Sturmfalke Posts count: 2 I'm having the same issue also, with the error stating that it cannot detect my video card. Aside from the previously posted suggestions, I googled the error and apparently replacing your current "System Files" folder with one from a working client should solve it. That said, if anyone would please zip or rar their system folder and upload it to any p2p server, it would be very much appreciated. (Megaupload or Rapidshare comes to mind).

Ekairi avatar Posts count: 77 Although what Sturmfalke said may work there is a risk of getting more unnessary problems. Such files can contain viruses and other malicious files. If you plan on doing that then do it at your own risk. Also take note that that solution may not even work.
DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

If reinstalling your graphics card doesn't work and you have other problems software wise its probably a good idea to reformat your computer. If its hardware then you may still have problems after reformating.

    Reinstalling your graphics card driver:
Find out what type of graphics card you are using.
To do that its best to look into your computer, while its off, taking out the card and right down some information about it including serial number and model number if you can see it.
(Same goes for the brand of card which should be all over it.)
Either seach through google for your card through any of the information that you just wrote down. download the appropate driver you find.
(Best if you found it from the offical site.)
