It is NOT legal to use KSSN while not being Korean. KSSN is like a passport number or your personal Id number. It should be used only by the owner and not shared. So anyway it is not legal and noone except for Korean people should be able to play Ro 2 Open Beta. But honestly, who gives a damn? |
