| ramasama Posts count: 6 | Hi, i have this huge weird problem that won't let me play. When i open the applocale shortcut for ro2 appears the start page but its all black except for the buttons (check files, home page, configuration, start, etc..) when i click on start appears the log in menu with the music and all, but after completing the fields it shows "Unable to log in to server" tan tan... what do i do? thanks bye. |

Try reinstalling/repairing it. Or re-download it and reinstall. It must be some graphical error or a corruption in a file. Or you don't meet the minimum requirements. |

| Krissy Posts count: 7 | but i'm having the same problem too :( there's alot that can't get into the server too... i wonder why? it can't be that we all need to reinstall? O.o |

| ramasama Posts count: 6 | I checked the files with the "sakray" and reinstalled most of them. I also keep a copy of the original korean files in case something like this happens, and doesnt work. I've played before in this pc, and my sisters pc too, and also crashes in hers!! May be i should download it all over again... any suggestions? |

| ramasama Posts count: 6 | Ok, this is an image of what is happening to me. I already uninstalled the game and downloaded it and reinstalled it, now im downloading the actualizations.
