    Idiot's Guide To Doing this? 
    Lenrir59 Posts count: 1 Well i just quit WoW (5-6 months ago) then started playing RO, but now i hear of a RO2 i decided to see what the beta test is like...only problem is:

    1) Seems you need a korean IP to download the stuff.
    2) You need someone who can translate korean in order to register.

    So can anyone give me a quick guide on how to install this, as well as finding someone to register for me? (I'm unsure of the details i need to tell so i leave it for now, i seen a couple but i rather be sure of what im doing).

    Intro: Here are some step-by-step instructions on how to download, then install, and set up RO2 for playing. I hope you enjoy it!

    Step 1: Download ROII

    This is the most time consuming step, I know.

    Step 2: Downloading and Applying Translation Patch
    After the download is finished, install it then download this file

    Apply the patch to the RO2 folder, but make sure you don’t delete it! There should be a data folder and an execute. Overwrite both. The translation patch isn’t 100% complete yet, so there is still a fair bit of Korean.

    Step 3: Run Ragnarok2.exe
    Running this will auto-update your Ragnarok 2 files, also very time consuming.

    Step 4: Apply Translation Patch… Again?
    That’s right! Some translated files were replaced by Korean ones, so apply the translation patch again and it will fix those files. This is why we didn’t delete the translation patch earlier.

    Step 5: Creating An Account
    This step is tricky, so I’ll try to explain the best way I can.
    For this step, you must use Internet Explorer, nothing else. Go to:

    On the left hand side you will see a number of boxes, one that says Sex: Male/Female. Choose what you want. There are also 2 more boxes there that you need.

    Next, expand the “Registration” section lower on the page by clicking on the heading.

    Open this site (IE), and follow the instructions on the site. The first site has translated Korean words so you know what you are typing in.

    NOTE: When you are entering your Orange Box, instead of using Ctrl-V to paste it, you must hold Shift and press Insert.

    Step 6: Playing!
    After registering on the site you are ready to play the official Ragnarok Online II! Run Ragnarok2.exe and type in your Username and Password and off you go!

    Step 7: Private Servers (NOT REQUIRED)
    To connect to a private server, create a text document (.txt) and rename the end to (.bat)
    Right click on the bat file and click edit. Now type in the box:
    "C:\Program Files\Gravity\RagII\System\RagII.exe" ServerIP=##.###.###.## ServerPort=#####
    You need to put in the IP address and port of the server you want to play. Save the bat file and run it.
