no, i think you have to find a mound of dirt at the bottom of sea. north from harbour, near the place where lotsa ???? fishes swim around. |

I don't recall doing a quest with dirt at lvl 6.. meh musta missed it. |

Yeah, you are in the wrong place, go north from the docks and you'll see it on the sea floor. |
