To get LP you have to cast a spell (any spell for that matter) and you will see the orange bar that is vertical and adjacent to your hp and sp bars increase. Normally when you cast one spell your LP bar will increase by one increment. |

I got a Novice skill which fills up the LP bar to full when used :D But I dont know if you would be able to use this skill if you job change. |
